All properties are either leasehold, with the freeholder being The Dulwich Estate  or freehold and subject to the Scheme of Management imposed by the High Court.

There are many regulations which restrict what can be done to properties. If you want to chop down a tree, change your windows and doors, or install a satellite dish or anything else which will alter the appearence of your property you MUST refer to The Dulwich Estate.  Their website contains much information and guidence notes for those affected by the Scheme of Management.  The  Dulwich Estate state here that The Board of Trustees apply these guidelines when considering applications from lessees wishing to undertake similar works.

Your lease or the Scheme of Management  are the legal arrangement which covers restrictions.
